I’ve personally lived the corporate crazy life and with being a Corporate Attorney for more than 20 years, I was able to see at firsthand how manic schedules, sedentary work routines and poor nutrition choices all conspire to keep amazing, successful people like you from ever reaching their most cherished health and fitness goals. I was a single mom, so believe me when I say I know how hard is to be a mother, and a hard-working woman to provide for your children all in your own. Plus, I was overweight, I tried all the diets that come across to me, diet pills, shakes, etc. Did they work? Sometimes, but every time I gain back the lost weight. I got tired you know, I felt my body debilitating with all that lack of nutrients and excessive work. I was eating some times 1000 or less calories and my body was not responding any more.

I quit my job at the Superior Court and came back to school to become a nutrition and fitness coach, a personal trainer and a weight loss specialist. I lost more than 47 pounds, became active and I have been successfully coaching women to lose weight and get fit.
